Monday
Journaling (10:00 – 10:50 am) – The journaling group will provide people an opportunity to put thoughts to paper and share these thoughts with each other as a way of confronting new feelings in recovery.
Anger Management (11:00 – 11:50 am) – Early recovery group for people experiencing difficulty with anger, lacking knowledge of anger management strategies, and/or a need for coping skills to deal with anger-provoking situations that complicate everyday life. Participants in need of a completion certificate would need to attend 16-weeks to complete the required criteria.

Writing For Your Recovery (7:30 – 9:00 pm) – A variety of workshops that focus on creativity in recovery.

A.A. - Big Book Step Study Meeting* (7:00 – 8:30 pm) – An Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) meeting focusing on the Big Book and the 12-Steps.
Wednesday
Art Studio (10:00 – 10:50 am) – The Art group uses art as a way of expressing oneself to help heal in recovery.
Relapse Prevention (11:00 – 11:45 pm) – A discussion of triggers of relapse and early recovery.
Noon Check-in (12:00 – 1:00 pm)
Medication and Recovery (1:30 – 2:30 pm) – A group for people struggling with medications and/or early recovery. BY REFERRAL ONLY—call for additional information.
Wednesday Evening
Smart Recovery* (7:00 – 8:30 pm) – A self-empowering addiction recovery support group. Participants learn tools for recovery based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapies.
A.A.* (7:30 – 8:30 pm) – Right Turn Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) 12 step recovery.

Artists in Recovery (7:30 – 9:00 pm) – A peer speaker discussion group in a traditional round-robin format that is facilitated by creative people in recovery. All are welcome!
Friday
Creative Music Therapy Recovery Group (10:00 – 10:50 am) – The Music Therapy group is an opportunity for musicians and non-musicians alike to come together and use music as a way to creatively work through thoughts and emotions associated with recovery.
Addiction Education (11:00 – 11:50 am) – A group to help people understand and cope with symptoms of early recovery.

NA Beginners Group* (6:00 – 7:00 pm) – Narcotics Anonymous (NA) meeting.
Friday Night Live NA* (7:30 – 8:15 pm) – A Narcotics Anonymous (NA) speaker and discussion meeting.

Women’s NA* (9:00 – 10:30 am) – A Narcotics Anonymous (NA) women’s meeting.
Who’s An Addict* (10:30 – 11:30 am) – A Narcotics Anonymous (NA) meeting.
Rebel Recovery* (3:00 – 4:00 pm) – Buddhist recovery meeting. Explore how mindfulness and the Buddhist path can support recovery from within. Open to anyone in recovery and anyone thinking about entering recovery. Not affiliated with AA so you don’t need to be working the 12 steps to attend. No meditation experience required.
